Monsoon is the most difficult boss fight in my opinion and the most annoying. Every single time I threw my emp grenade, he would either dodge or hit me.

Hell yeah. I saw other people spamming the Unique Weapons but it just didn't feel right. Never saw the Scissors in play, but blech. This was the best pure *fight* they gave you. It's made to be enjoyed to the fullest.

There's actually a way to cut 30% of his HP off right at the start of the fight, I think it can be repeated if you get good RNG but it makes the fight significantly more bearable to do without the pincer blades

​@DaBigA If you stun him hitting too much or making a strong combo you can use the sundowner pincers and honestly that deal almost 25% of the bosses damage in one charged attack. (Note this only works in the full body because the head have damage reduction when fell apart)

I highly suggest using the scissorblades. They do enough damage that you can skip some of his Blade Mode phases. Makes it a little easier near the end.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you're talking about blocking you just tap the direction (WASD in my case) the attack is coming from and Left Mouse click at the same time. A well timed block will parry an attack as well.

why monsoon cant just use his magnetic power against cyborg made of metal. he can just squeeze raiden's skull and rip him apart. monsoon is using electro magnetic power but can be stuned by emi granede he can separate and lift his head up where no one can get him and fight only with a headless body. he can attack from 4 sides at the same time and raiden will not be able to block all attacks. he would be the strongest boss in the game if there was logic
