I use both. If the fight isn't fun on spinning tackle then use lighter tackle, lighter rod, and a lighter leader. I see all kinds of snagged tackle from fly rods. Whole spoils of floating line. Cool! Great fight! Go clean up all the shit you leave in the river, fly guy.

@@JJ-kz7sm I’ve never seen fly line left in the river, but every pool in the river has miles of nylon fishing line, and I know for a fact that fly fisherman don’t use that much. 98% of the fishing litter is from spin fisherman. Flyfishing is a lot more respectable then spin fishing for trout, That’s why I say what I said.
