Welcome to Monster Con Kids Costume Contest 2024 here at the Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio, TX. These kids really had some amazing Halloween costumes and are all winners in my eyes!
Monster-Con is a free 2 day event on the last weekend of each September... This was a smaller than normal adult costume contest, but fun nonetheless.
