No problem, The shorty has a better power curve over the standard and makes a little extra hp.

I’ve tried pc5 and msd blaster they work perfectly, dasa recommended the msd blaster for the 450 and also that tuner holds up to 10 maps the pc5 only holds 1.

@@garthlund2236 think of the msd as getting you by and the vortex as perfect running performance. so many people say the msd still has low end bog.

Yes. The biggest increase of airflow will come from the less-restrictive aftermarket muffler and not the head pipes. Given that, your motor will still run lean and requires proper tuning since the AFRs will be off.

Yes it would need to get tuned for any full exhaust system
