Your local GameStop carries some copies, but they never sell them. For the world's sake. You have to threaten them with death to get them to even bring it out of the safe in their sub-basement. The safe is also lined with lead, stainless steel, and pizza, so its totally resistant to anything getting in or out without the combination or some form of reality-warping ability. So the Arby-Witch is either really good at tunneling and opening safes, or she's really persuasive, or she can bend the fabric of space-time to her whim. I'm not sure which is scariest.

The Final Pam is actually the Arby's witch. She broke out of Fallout 4 and Todd's grasp, and was left a damaged husk but gained magical powers while transfering to our reality. In giving this version of Dark Souls to Griffin, knowing that he is the only one who would try and use it, she gives her last ounce of strength be bring her offsipring to life, #NOID. The #NOID is now the only thing that is stopping Jaa'm from destroying this world by crashing it. The #NOID is our saviour.
