I forgot to mention all the subtle(& not so subtle) hints MH & EAH gave us over the years: Cupid transferred schools using a magic mirror, Giles Grimm created Whisp to keep Gigi company, Maddie joked about a school for monsters existing in Dragon Games, Astranova told Apple & Raven about MH in Boo York, Maddie’s hat was in the school attic in 13 Wishes, and there was an EAH poster in Great Scarrier Reef. Did I miss any?

The movie sounds better than the book. Don't get me wrong I like The Legend of Shadow high, but I prefer the og monster high as well as the eah show characteristics(it varies slightly from the eah books). However, I really like how the book gave Brooke character development and I hope they would do something similar in the movie. I also wonder if they made the movie if they would bring up CA Cupid because it bothered me that they never brought her up in the book. Also if they used Brooke in the movie I think they may have given her the doll.

Brooke’s character intrigued me ever since she began talking to Maddie and especially after she helped save Ever After by intervening in Spring Unsprung so I love that part of the book. I’ve never seen a custom doll of her…maybe I should make one. I also found it odd that Cupid was never mentioned in the book. I thought it’s because she ceased to exist in the rebooted universe but she had dolls with the gen 2 EAH face so I’m not sure if that’s the case.

I had seen a scene where one of the narrators explain that Cupid was originally in monster high,but Cupid left to bring love into Ever After High.

Yes Mattel should have stayed on track to this cross over that could have saved both Monster High & Ever After High so these N-Sane Reboots wouldn’t be happening so fast Gen 3 Monster High is on the horizon Gen 2 Ever After High hasn’t came to existence yet And would be Awesome to meet Euma The Fox Girl with 9 tails would be Awesome if she could Fly with them

Yes we all hope one day in the future they will come out with an agreement to bring back Monster high & ever after high to crossover with each other it will be fantastic if they do that because they are connected but they are very distance from separate universe and a separate fantasy world the ghouls meets the fairy tale characters that would be amazing they could have matched together 2:35

imagine if 1. G3 MH & a Reboot of EAH both establish themselves after a few years 2. the reboots and original timelines have crossover movies. This crossovers tie up the loose ends of both G1 EAH & MH. Because they till haven't been wrapped up 3. This cancelled movie happens but for the current reboots instead

Wait, so Draculaura was planned to get witch powers? This mean g3 Draculaura is not being so different from g1 Also, let's not ask for eah to comeback, they are one of the reasons the 2016 reboots happened, since eah made disney cut their contract with Mattel, who just got that back this year.

Draculaura was only going to have them temporarily when she switched powers with Raven, unlike the witchcraft she practices in gen 3. Mattel’s agreements with Disney about who can create princess/prince dolls are complicated but I’m sure there’s some way for them to be able to retain licensing for Disney products and revive or reboot EAH, possibly by making them the children of new fairytale characters, not Disney ones.

@@DollChat i know I was only temporary, but this shows the idea of draculaura doing magic was something fit even for g1. Mattel doing eah was a stab on the back of disney, that's why they cut ties and made Mattel lost millions of the deal. The changes made in 2016 to monster high, ever after high and barbie were in part due to this lost in revenue, hence the dolls from that year and forward having a smaller budget than dolls produced before 2016.

They could always do a live action or redesign Ever After High everything is possible take me to a live action crossing over or they could do reboot animated series of Monster High or they could do an animation they could always continue with that original animation of Monster High so they could cross over with Ever After High

That’s a mystery to me too. Monster High changed their faces/clothes/articulation because of complaints that MH dolls were too scary and had too many tiny pieces kids could lose. To my knowledge, EAH never received serious criticism from parents over their designs so I think it was a consequence of budget cuts since the gen 2 dolls were lower quality in every way.
