Wow. Wow. Wow. I hope they continue doing fearbook dolls because I would honestly go as far to say these are Abbey and Venus' best G3 dolls YET and EASILY the best Fearbook dolls so far! I love the Art Class callback for Abbey and she looks amazing but Venus absolutely steals the shows with her afro. I personally love the overalls on her. She's a garden ghoul. They make sense and they suit her!

The garden shovel is called a trowell. As for the other, it's literally called a gardening fork (specifically a hand sized one, they also make bigger ones). You got it spot on. It's used for weeding the garden without damaging the plants that belong there.

Honey is the second character to have an afro, howleen was the first Abbeys “henna” would actually be mehndi, its what its more commonly called in Nepal from what i heard Im also going to be so pissed if abbey has poly, im tired of having to constantly reroot abbey dolls it makes it less enjoyable to get her - there are saran matches for her hair

​@@iheart_royalehigh95 Youre gonna do great things. dont be afraid to submit your designs. There are tons of channels on here that help inform of how to make a doll and clothes. Use free online tools called "Blender" or "Make Human" to familiarize yourself with the doll making process and even build your portfolio. Make a back story for your dolls...like are they an astronaut? a pop star? or have secret powers? and then tell you guardian/parent so they can help you talk to companies and be with you to go talk to local toyshops to try to get your name out there as the Doll Maker that you are!!!! You Can DO THIS!!! I believe in YOU!!!!

Abby is the first one of the two I saw and I just KNEW I had to get her. As a newer collector I have been trying to get one of every G3 character. (Though I have seven Frankie Dolls and two Clawdeen, so I have gotten ahead of myself a bit lol) and Abby is one of the characters I haven't gotten yet. I've been going back and forth on which of the 2 Abby dolls I want to get. I've not been sold on either of them for one reason or the other But seeing her Fearbook doll I hands down know I want to wait to get that one. Super looking forward to getting Abby now. Venus I know I need to get as well. I already have a Venus, and while I knew I'd be getting more of her, I wasn't expecting it to be so "soon" (aka before I finish getting all the other characters I'm missing) But seeing Fearbook Venus immediately brought me the same feeling I get when I see Honey Swamp, which is one of the few G1 dolls that I get the itch to try hunting down to add to my collection, while also hoping to see them bring her to G3. I never really knew why I was so pointedly fixated on Honey, but now I think the hair is a big part of it. So yeah, def will be getting Venus as well.

I could just be going insane but, I remember seeing a video from some random creator a few months back where they were discussing some rumors they heard that were floating around in some doll spaces and they talked about fearbook getting a second wave. in the video they said the dolls in the wave 2 line up would be Abbey, Venus, and Ghoulia. Im also pretty sure this video came out before Mattel announced that they would benching Ghoulia, so i'm starting to wonder if what that creator said was true, and if Ghoulia was meant to be in this line.

@@Courtly_Jester ok i found the video I was talking about. the video was by a creator named beauty inside a box and it was posted 3 months ago. I rewatched the part where they talk about fearbook wave two and i have no idea if they just made it up or saw it somewhere. The point of the video where they talk about it is very confusing cause they say that were getting a new wave of fearbook and then show pictures of Abbey, Venus, and Ghoulia, but the pictures they use are of dolls we had already seen before. Abbeys picture was just her core doll with twylas fearbook jacket and some skiing gear, Venuse was in her second look from the garden mysteries release, again with twlyas fearbook jacket, and some gardening tools, and Ghoulias doll was her neon frights doll, once again with twylas jacket, and some like super hero posters and the deadfast figurine that came from her comicon doll. This has all made me very confused and now im wondering if "Beauty inside a box" just made these up for the video and made a lucky guess or what. Also the video title is "DOLL NEWS! New holiday barbie, rainbow high, monster high & more! july 2024"
