OH MY GOD best mh redesigns i have seen in a while !!! When Mattel first designed the monster high dolls they actually asked designers who didn't know anything about the project to draw concepts and that ended up being the key to the success of the line - a bit like you right now who never seen any related media !! My fav of yours is frankie u really nailed the aesthetic and i love a two tone frankie. All of them are perfect but just to redeem my girl clawdeen while her G3 core look is... at best forgetable, she has had some great dolls since that have an emphasis on colourful patterns and 80 s vibe which i love bc its peak werewolf time in my head. Anyway im dropping this info in case you want to draw more look for them

Yah this is flawless!! I love Frankie’s tie referencing an autopsy. I think it would’ve been cool if the tie ALSO had stitches on them to further solidify the reference. These designs are AMAZING! I hope you do more🕺🏼🥰

While I do adore Frankie with the bolts. Universe kinda owns that look and that’s why we don’t see her with them in the newer stuff. Same reason she can’t be green. It’s all owned by universal.

These are literally my favorite redesigns so far!! It’s so different than what others done, even some that took on the more horror element in their design!! My favorite redesign might be Clawdeen’s simply because of her new color scheme. I love that Clawdeen is usually identified with purple, black, and gold but to see that blue plaid be implemented really made your redesign stand out yet still looks like her. Also her hair?? My favorite part. However I literally love all of them. The red being apart of Frankie’s really made her stand out and ofc her two toned skin. Then Draculara’s face shape and the dress? Omg so gorgeous.

I love your art style but as a hardcore fan of monster high, I’d tweak Draculaura a bit so she’s more pink, like the gold could be rose gold and she has an aversion to blood so I imagine she wouldn’t like the color red very much I totally understood your thought on clawdeen cause I also love her original outfit and LOVE that you gave her a tail Also LOVE Frankie, and the 2 tones skin looks like a combination of g1 and g3 skin tone Overall excited to see more
