Eh, are we sure about the size of the altaroth? Looks big enough to ride, and in most MH games, they weren't that big, or at least I don't think they were. Rhenoplos, missed opportunity to be a mount in Monster Hunter Stories series along with epioth, and larinoth. Could use either mohran as living boats/ships provided they don't dive into the sand. That and build a small town/mobile base on the back of magdaros.
