Alright, so, a few things I noticed when watching the trailer for the first time 1: The amount of diversity in the ecosystem is crazy 2: The clothes seem to be a lot more modern, at least in the cutscenes 3: Having new moves and being able to use multiple weapons is the biggest new thing since underwater combat It's crazy to me how much they decided to ball out for the latest generation of monster hunter, and I'm all for it, I wont be able to play it for a long time due to not having a ps5 or xbox series console, but, I'm still hyped

I love the vibrant colours after the sandstorm subsided. Seems like they finally nailed the graphics between World’s details and oldschool’s colours.

I can feel the speed of rise in this game as well, it does feel like an actual mix of rise in terms of battle speed and world in terms of how the monsters interact with each other. That and the multiple weapons meaning im no longer shackled by the dual blades... Its gonna be dope.

The pacing and everything just from this trailer feels great! To me it feels like the perfect in-between for world and rise! I'm hyped

i like that MH4 always is relevant in recent mh title. the cadet Aiden was in 4 but also in world and iceborn and now the Ace lancer of 4 is also in Wild where he seem to lead the guild now. the new handler Alma look a lot like guilda and Gemma the new forge girl may have some link to the little miss forge of 4 as they have the same top same goggle and she wear the caravaneer's jacket too. + you're also travelling accross the sea of sand on a Sand Boat like in 4.

for returning would love to see Sand Barrioth. would love to see and re-imagine of him and he would fit in well with the whole sand storm thing. and for 16th weapons I would like to see a mid range weapon like a heavy artillery type that shoots out shells.

I can't wait to see the very first flagship monster of the 6th gen!!! And hopefully new members of other monster classes like the snake wyvers and the spidey temnocerans. Still hoping for an improved Underwater combat 🙏

As for your questions: I would absolutely love for dalamadur to return, as well as astalos (my favorite monster) and probably nerscylla? As for weapon, either tonfas (like from frontier) or maybe a kusarigama weapon!

Im actualy glad palicoes has voice lines now because for the longest time i've always wondered, how are we able to understand them in game. ilnow dialouge in MH was only introduced in world but still.

I think it'd be interesting if they had a weapon 'class' where you tame minor/small monsters and use those in combat along with melee strikes. Hoping Amatsu or Nargacuga return but I'd be totally fine if it's just 100% new stuff :)

That would be interesting to see! And as for new monsters, usually in the base game they have mostly new monsters, then for the expansion it's mostly returning! So we shall see what we get

I actually think it's the Palico, the voice seems to match the Palico's greet and the website does say your Palico is able to talk, which is odd... Not expecting Navirou 2.0 to be added on mainline

I dunno... It's taking more and more from Rise than I had hoped. I just thought Rise was too easy with the gathering and instant knowing where objectives were. It took away from the "hunting" aspect and made things too "instant action" imo. I know it will never be old school MH, but I hope they stick closer to World type mechanics than Rise ones.

It did say on the website that the guy you can ride would be able to automatically take you to places you mark on the map and that you'd be able to collect things while riding it but honestly i don't see an issue with that. I can get why some old school guys enjoyed the time you had to spend gathering and preparing for a hunt but for me it's just unnecessary especially when the games let you farm resources from the village anyways. I'm more just interested in the combat and man is it looking like a step up in a good way.

If I had to choose what monster I want to see return, Seltas Queen+Seltas With the monster interactions we got, it be shame to leave them out, hell throw in the desert subspecies while we're at it 15th weapon on the other hand.........screw it I'll say bring back tonfas
