Magna may have many multi-hit attacks, but most of them don't stagger monsters, meaning they can stagger him constantly instead

This fight was immensely fun to watch maybe the most fun. Surprised Lucent nargacuga beat magna but with his speed he was able to basically dance around magna. Thanks for the content dude

It's only cause he's magnamalo doesn't fight like he's supposed to.... starting off with the tail stab. This channel seems to think they can make these fights "out of character" and spam too. I'm not paying for this(Nope✋🏽) & Anyone that has for real played monster hunter. You have to admit that the monsters never fight correctly on this channel. While i can hop on a Japanese server and actually watch someone that'll post honestly and correctly and...... he's not trying to swindle your money off of lazy and manipulative work.... I'm going back to the Chinese and Japanese servers.

Lucent's tail spin attacks are really powerful, and though Scorned's hellfire Blight attacks and tenacity did cause a lot of staggering to its opponent, Lucent Nargacuga's agility, speed, and poison infused tail strikes gave it the win.

Scorned is a great fight in the game; wish it translated against other monsters. Maybe if scored could enter his final hellfire state earlier; could potentially help scorned do a lot better for sure

Personally, I feel like a Lucent Nargacuga would remain illusive and avoid a Scorned Magnamalo. Though the wiki does state that Lucent is highly aggressive and territorial, so it may end up lashing out. Despite Nargacuga being my favorite monster, I could certainly see it falling to Scorned (in which is also insanely aggressive and malevolent) in the midst of battle. However, my Monster Hunter knowledge is quite limited, so I may be completely incorrect.

@@GodzillaSquidwardWell to be fair these two seems to be evenly matched because like you said Lucent can go invisible but I do think Scorned could beat Lucent if it was day and that it is not in a full moon but overall I say they both are quite equal and that this encounter is more of a depending on the scenario (atleast in my opinion).

You know I feel like some of Scorned Attacks are just borderline stupid because they just make no sense for a creature like Magnamalo to use it at all, like the one where Magnamalo stab its tail on ground and the Hellfire will explode in a very weak way and there’s even the one where Magnamalo shakes its tail behind and only sends out one small weak Hellfire explosion which is just bruh. I get it Capcom try to make the monster unique and all but just giving those stupid attacks and weird looking animations are just terrible and don’t even fit the creature itself.

Magna has more AOEs but Lucent has more damage, it's majority of the atks had around 1000 dmg compared to magnas 600
