Its so funny seeing all of the comments about seeing Joshs face for the first time. But the OGs remember back in the midst of the minecraft days i believe it was around when he was playing Amnesia, he did his FIRST face reveal. Been following since the minecraft diary days(yes THOSE diaries, i was like 12 years old, mid 20s now..). its crazy to have watched you guys grow over the years. proud of y'all.

This was another great episode of this new format. I'm really looking forward to Cotton emerging from his vault, being handed a weapon, and being kicked out into Wilds... and then being on these podcasts as well. But it's been great to see Josh and Hollow hosting something together again. Also, I love that Hollow still has that Dark Souls (2? I think?) death count poster on his wall.

My dream MH Collab would be like something from D&D, there's a slew of fantastic monsters to choose from, and plenty of variety. Like for something obvious, a Tarrasque Siege quest.

The Hunter's Notes should be changed to The Handler's Notes. Now that your handler is out in the field with you, watching you fight, collecting tracks, are they not the one who is taking notes on the monster? I have always wanted a way to study the monsters and learn their behaviours and weaknesses before i go and fight them. It just seems natural when you are dealing with such dangerous creatures. It would be cool to have the option to fight a monster a little, just enough to get some notes but not enough to start the quest, and then leave, study those notes, prepare, and then engage the monster. Or even just observe the monster and collect tracks, maybe enter their nest with the Ghillie Mantle on, and eventually unlock all of their info before ever fighting them.

The 15th weapon guys is the shield of any of the weapons that has one. Imagine throwing the shield using the grapple to either rip it out of the monster swinging it while its still attached with a radius of say lance to finish combos or after you had thrown it in a monster use the grapple to Propel yourself forward to mount the monster and stab the monster with your little knife . as for a colab something like zoids would cool to see more Syfy in monster hunter . im not saying its bad just feels alittle primitive yet. I think we should get more technological advancements then what we have

10:50 This is SUCH a true statement for "What's your favorite MH game?" Because for me - I started with Tri. And don't get me wrong, I had a blast. Played 3U, enjoyed it just as much ya know. But 4U. 4U was THE MH game for me. I was in college at the time, and it was the first time I had friends that ALSO played MH. So I have countless good memories of 4 of us just huddled up in someone's dorm room, fighting through G-rank together. I've thoroughly enjoyed every single MH game that's released, but 4U will always just be THAT much higher on the list for me

I understand why htey have to be careful, to not break any news by accident, but this man is like afraid they'll take his soul. We've heard this story a few times and he still refuses to tell us what he wasn't expecting them to reveal yet. It's something they already reviealed so there's no reason not to talk about it. Him saying "I can't believe they showed (insert thing they showed at Gamescom) at Gamescom." It's so weird. Unless he's lying, it's not the underwater section because it has to be something they know about but was shown ahead of schedule. Something was shown that these guys were not told was going to be shown, or were told it would be revealed later, but the devs showed it anyway. The cat's out of the bag, no harm in telling us which cat got out ahead of the schedule they had. Hey this means lagi can jump into the water to trnsition between zones and maybe we can follow him, neither can attack but we can swim with him for a bit.
