I am so in love with owlbears that I reworked the entire race. Now they telepathically communicate with ancient dragons, have both a snout and a beak and are way stronger then normal owlbears. They were created to keep intelligent magic wielding species away from certain areas, so they are realy hard to fight:D

In the D&D campaign I play in, my number one goal is to find and adopt an owlbear as a pet, raise to trust me and be my loyal pet, then when it grows to a big enough size... Ride it into war along side my team, the best power couple of 2019!!!!

Good video. One minor gripe. Owls aren't completely nocturnal. Almost half of known Owl species are active during daylight hours. Keep up the good work.

I like to think that Owlbears are the ancestral guardians of ancient cultures who are closer to nature. Y'know, celts and native americans (like totem pole animals brought to life). They make their lairs around ancient burial mounds and standing stones. Maybe their host culture was destroyed by "civilization" and they have since gone mad, taking vengeance on the descendants of those who wronged their people.

I'm playing a warlock currently. I got my bound weapon and we were camping. We got attacked and one enemy was an owl bear. I ran up and tried to attack with the sword. 7 dmg, not that much compared to its overall health. I got knocked down and reduced to 0 hp in two hits. Good times.

I watched a few of your videos before deciding if the sub was worth it. Ive been drawn in by too many channels that end up being effortless "i do top tens and copy everything from the internet" The effort you put in shows. Youve got my sub. Hoping to watch this channel grow alongside you, keep it up :)

Hey, Hashirama. Thanks so much! I do end up making a lot of top 5's. People seem to enjoy them in far greater numbers than the rest of my content, but my passion, is really deeply entrenched in the Monster Monday stuff, so as long as I get one of those a week, then I'm a happy creator. Not that the top 5's aren't fun, but I get what you mean. Thanks for subscribing!

Bears aren't related to dogs and actually have a much better sense of smell than a dog, good video I love the art.
