First time I went to Six Flags Over Georgia was 1983 when I was 9 years old. We had 2 day tickets and we had alot of fun. My sister and I rode the monster plantation around 5 times we liked it so much. But I have to say my all time favorite would be the mine train. It's small but it's fast and alot of fun. Love this theme song. Am even happier I found it on here.

I still remember when this ride open back in 1980! I have only vague memories of Tales of the Okefenokee that was there up until around 197 I believe it was.

Wow they changed the song? Are you freaking kidding me? I know they changed all the scenery, costumes, and even the name of the ride but they could've at least left the song alone. :(

my dad works at this park and he told me something about it he said in the new store called the monstore there going to have some of the original ride props and put them into the store and have some history on them also he might be able to get the original ride sign for me so its not all bad that there remodeling it
