I think this glitch happens because of the wheel suspension of the monster truck

actually it's because cars on traffic are like trains on railways. The pressure of the monster truck tires on the car glitches our the physics as soon the car is transformed from the "train in railway" mode into a complete physical vehicle with suspension and other stuff.

The monster truck is op, is just like the rhino but whenever you touch it, it flews, I touched a blade/lowrider vehicle and it literally glitched and it flew 1 meter away and it instantly blew up lol.

you can use the MONSTERMASH cheat code to spawn monster truck but it also has a fix spawn and it is unlocked after you complete green sabre mission
