He was definitely a huge impressive mf, but i can almost guarantee he had/has caused himself a lot heart & liver damage. Nobody wants to be 30 with the heart of a 70 year old, But with that being said you gotta commend the guy for living his life the way HE wanted. to each their own but i feel like if you’re a competitive bodybuilding and that’s the way you feed yourself/your family, then you gotta do what you gotta do i guess. HOWEVER if your just your average guy that works out or even a gym rat then pinning compounds is just stupid imo.

Seen Paul Dillet back in 1996 doing a seminar in a small club in Cardiff. The guy done a 10mins posing routine ....The room went silent... everybody's Jaw dropped. The guy was insane.... Genetics... He was gifted. Seemed like a really nice guy in the questions after the posing .. Humble and was in no rush to leave .. Funniest moment was when someone ask if he had ever taken steroids.. The whole room was laughing ... Paul Dillet couldn't help laughing ... His answer " What do you think. Honest guy fair play ...

I also recall after Paul Dillet stopped laughing after some guy in the audience asked him about taking Steroids... Obviously all Professional Bodybuilders take steroids.. Someone asked him regarding individuals Genetically born with different amounts of Steroid receptors did you respond exceptionally well to Steroid use ... Again he laughed... His answer was out of all the bodybuilders in the circles he mixed in ...Flex wheeler would gain 20lbs of learn muscle mass in three to four weeks ...So that answered that question. Paul Dillet spent about two hours in that Seminar ... With a 10 minute slot of basically warming up with light dumbbells from a small back room then posing on a small stage. What you gotta remember it was 1996 in some little club in Cardiff South Wales. The room was probably 60ft square. But fair play the guy stayed for a bit introducing himself to some people.

@@thelastshallbefirst3653 Take away the steroids and they would look completely different and be nowhere near the way they look in the video, steroids are dangerous they ultimately enhance performance to a level that would not be possible to achieve naturally. An example is Ronnie Coleman, took his training and the weights he was doing to such a level that he broke himself. Seen it before at my gym too. Steroids also lower and destroy natural testosterone production resulting in erectile dysfunction. Is being Mr Olympia worth that price? For some yes, for me no. Now nearly 50, body much younger with performance to match too. I never came close to these physiques but will still be active 20 years from now, most of these guys no. Superior genetics is all about what you got. Not what a drug can do for you....
@Risingabovechaos
@Risingabovechaos 2 жыл бұрын
@Undead Sonian A drug responder? If I can get one person to stop using or to prevent one person using then its worth it in my opinion. Superior genetics is a hotly debated subject and sadly also an excuse used by "natural" bodybuilders on KZbin. I do not seek approval and to be quite Frank I get a lot more abuse, speaking out against steroids than I get in likes or approval as you put it. If you want to pollute your system then it's the choice of the individual. But anyone speaking out against drugs of any kind, and I'm including cocaine and heroin here not just steroids is saying what needs to be said. Bodybuilding champions and legends are also role models that people aspire to to be like, and people will do anything to win these days it seems. Sad but true. Onto the genetics bit, you are correct it's something you are born with. Some are chubby kids some too thin and others have a good shoulder width to waist ratio as you rightly put it. I was blessed to be like this, I can eat anything and never change shape, if i eat shit then the abs disappear but my stomach is still flat. But I chose not to use and kept being told in the gym that I should try competing as I had a good overall shape. Just trying to do good, I worked 8 years as a humanitarian aid worker and its in my blood to be helpful its the values my parents gave me and I can't and won't change that. Drug responders keep going if you can prevent just one person from using then it's worth it

@Undead Sonian it is a worthy genetic trait if that's what your sport calls for. I don't disagree with you, but people are corrupt and in any competition people will find a way to get an edge. In certain sports like pro bodybuilding it's mandatory.

If Paul Dillett never had his injury/Cramp at Arnold Classic 1994 then in 4 years time he could have developed more because even Ronnie wasn't that big in that time because he became big in 1998 and then in 2003 because building a body takes a lot of hard work and maintaining a proper diet, If Paul was there in 1998 then who knows he could have been the New Mr. Olympia and Who knows he could have also been The New Goat Look at his Body Structure and the beauty in his body Mass×Class and his height 6.1 he's taller than everyone so if in that beautiful body he had that mass like Ronnie then no one could stop him from winning the Mr Olympia Title.He Truly had a Beautiful Body Poor Guy he Should have Been Mr Olympia at least for once.

Dillet is a freak but in a good way, his skeletal-muscle genetics, tiny waist and overall symmetry are off the charts. Easily one of the biggest aesthetic pro bodybuilders ever. Nearly every part of his tall frame is packed with long muscle bellies that flow into complete tie-ins at the joints. Even his forearms to wrist and calves to ankle tie-ins are exceptional for someone that tall. This is his natural make-up, without gear he would not be so massive of course, but his genetic potential would still be a clear standout among the top pros if they were similarly handicapped. Dillet is a very rare beast IMO.
