Love the yabbies and glad you liked them. They looked good but I would have purged them, not stopped the cooking in dirty iced water, just clean ice water, and I would have removed the poo shoot. 😂

@ 16:00 I live in the USA. Some lobster eaters do this when trying to get the meat out of the legs. Take the leg. Put it on a table top or cutting board. Then use a rolling pin on the leg and "roll/push" the meat out of the leg. It really works

Quick tip with boiling faster... When you fill the pot with water add the salt first and the water will boil 10x faster 🤘🙂 Cat NSW 👍

You need to purge them in saltwater before doing anything .But they do not teach that at cooking school

If they taste like mud leave them in a bucket of water for about 20-30mins, that should get rid of the mud
