My goal was to try and continue the legacy that were the album mixes! I absolutely love to try my hand at mixing songs and I saw a great opportunity to continue to create the compilations so that members of the community can continue to have a lengthy source of great EDM music ^-^

@@dgenaraition I think one of the main reasons why they stopped making these on the main Monstercat channel (as well as the Instinct channel too) is because that the label was over 10 years old (at least clearly by the time when the full mix for Uncaged Vol. 11 got all done & finished).

@@dgenaraitionSeems like they simply wanted to direct their label towards simply promoting new and upcoming music instead of promoting past songs via compilations that they didn’t seem as necessary anymore.

This literally has to be one of the best Uncaged volumes I’ve ever heard! The and the transitions are just .. EVERYTHING!!! I’m still surprised Monstercat hasn’t noticed you yet! Keep up the awesome work!

I know this is late but I wanted to say please don't stop making these!! The uncaged and instinct mixes were a huge part in what made me love Monstercat's releases from 2018-2020 imo, and I was really upset when they stopped making them. They definitely help some of the songs grow on me by hearing them in the mix over and over, as well as help me just keep up with the massive amount of songs the label releases. Your mixes are so well done, they sound almost identical to the official ones! Keep up the amazing work!

Dude, that was literally me. After the change in 2016 it was hard to enjoy the videos. IDK why but the background was a lot and the change in artists. 2017 has a special place for me, but the mixes helped me get back into it in 2020 then they stopped. Crazy!

This was one of the best Mcat mixes I ever listened through by the way, I think this mix has beaten your UV12 mix for me (the sequence for that full mix was pretty good & satisfying, but right here), the way how you grouped a lot of these songs is just so perfect & more pumped up too (especially when you put King by GG Magree in-between the songs in this mix), especially the last 5 songs toward the ending here too! Great job! :D

Okay, i've listen to the mix quite a few times, and i finnaly can share my thoughts. The mix is great but my favorite is still your uncaged vol 13. - The background being synced with the 1st song is just an insane idea. - I like the fact you put "UNCAGED 15" inside the video, but i'd prefer if it was a bit more subtile, (like idk if your theme is a market and the camera goes trough the alley of the market, on of the shop names could be the name of the album ("UNCAGED 15") idk if im clear ahahha) - Some transition are excellent, like from Slippy, Egzod & Diandra Faye - Mayday to Whales - New Worlds (17:46). - I feel like some transition are not on point such as GG Magree - King MUZZ - ...Ready For It? (ft. Skyelle) (49:40). - I am not really fan of some of the song but it's not your fault ahaha, i am not really a fan of Sullivan King style tbh. Please continue to do more mixes like that (and uncaged 13) !

Thank you so much for the input! Regarding your second point, I understand ya! I’ve had multiple ideas as to what I can do regarding the backgrounds. It’s a matter of whether I’m able to pull them off properly which is always a challenge but I’m here to do the best I can!

you make very good mixes i like them, but King, About U, Crashing, You Found Me, Neck Snap, Ready For It, Happy Song, Mayday should be in Uncaged Vol. 16. Why you missing the songs The Dark, Hit My Line, Love Me, Powerplay, Be Careful What You Say, Let Me Go, Move Back, Turn Me On ? These songs should be uncaged Vol. 15. you have them in Uncaged Vol. 14. its broken. I don't feel complete. you have to do Uncaged vol. 14 and Uncaged Vol. 15 new.

The way that Hit My Line was transitioned after Monster by VESK GREEN in UV14 mix actually had a really perfect flow, same thing with Dead March being transitioned after Powerplay (and even Collecting Thoughts transitioned after Let Me Go is also real perfect too).

Firstly, I understand what you mean by some of them not being "complete" as you put it. THe reason for that is because there are just some songs that do not mesh well with the overall feel of the albums and the fact that certain remixes and acoustics are honestly not something that would really go in. I make these decisions on a personal level and I feel like it's the best decision. If there's anyone that disagress then that would be great to align the mixes with the general preference of the community. Second, please do not tell me to redo mixes that I've already done before. I'm afraid if you do not enjoy them, then I am very sorry but I will not be modifying anything unless there actually is a general concensous on behalf of more viewers and community members.
