I bought this from BandCamp the instant it was available. I'm a HUGE fan of The Midnight and I have everything they've ever released. Remixed 01 was ridiculously brilliant. But to be honest, after first seeing the track listing for Remixed 02, I was a little skeptical because by and large the songs are not their biggest hits, and I was unfamiliar with nearly all of the remix artists. But much to my pleasure, this turned out to be a PHENOMENAL release! There literally is not a single "skipper" in the bunch. I love them all. This makes me even happier because now I've been searching for more remixes by these great remixers. In particular, Dan Sieg, Kobana, ERKKA, PROFF and Nox Vahn (formerly known as Fairchild) are all stand outs! To anyone who likes The Midnight, you will absolutely not be disappointed in this release. Now that that's outta the way, when will get a new album of all new material from them? I read on the internet that the new album is called "Monsters". Can anyone else confirm that? OH! BTW - Why was "Sunset (Tropicalwave Remix)" not included on either compilation? Far and away the best remix of any The Midnight track!
