This compilation video brings back excellent memories of watching the 2000s Monster Jam World Finals events on VHS and DVD and visiting most of the 2010s World Finals events at the Sam Boyd Stadium with my dad. Lots of excellent stunts and mayhem of those high-octane monster trucks! Grave Digger, Goldberg, Team Meents, Maximum Destruction, Avenger, El Toro Loco, Madusa, Bounty Hunter, Captain's Curse, Taz, and all the others in this video had some of the truly best championship freestyle moves. I like how at the 2004 World Finals, El Toro Loco, Madusa and Maximum Destruction had a three-way freestyle championship tie. It showed how much they cared about multiple competitors making excellent efforts back then. Even then, it's a shame they could not let championship ties again in 2005 and 2011, but at least Northern Nightmare pulled off the best World Finals freestyle competition beginning my dad and I ever saw in 2012 as it pulled off fantastic stunts to make up for missing out on winning the freestyle championship in 2011 in spite of tying with Avenger, which, on the other hand, actually won the 2011 World Finals freestyle championship. By the way, did you know El Toro Loco at the 2004 World Finals was originally scored a 27 (to tie with King Krunch), but then it immediately changed to 31 as a result of dissatisfaction? It was so cool! Why they couldn't let the same thing happen with Grave Digger's score of 30 at the same World Finals for the same reason (even if it did not fill the clock, something Madusa somehow got away with) is beyond me.

Can someone please tell me why Adam Anderson won the championship in 2016 and not Dennis. His father had 2 or 3 great saves, momentum, donuts, and filled the clock. Adam had big air and that's really it, made it like 2 seconds in bonus time and failed the backflip. Horrible judging...

We NEEED a bigger stadium for the world finals. Everyone, even the kids, even the adults, want to see trucks thundering down above highway speed, hitting max revs smacking a big jump, watching something like an old camper van get destroyed. We need a large track for large trucks to stretch out and show the world what happens when we go above and beyond with these trucks and drivers. And I know even THEY want it
@20gravedigger1120 сағат бұрын
So many amazing tracks, so many amazing trucks and drivers that have been chased away thanks to corporate greed. "Extra for the fans"... nope not anymore, but let's double and triple the price of tickets. It's really sad how commercial Monster Jam has gotten, where we're more concerned about jargon (half of which the new broadcasters aren't even using properly) than we are with the actual product.

It’s sad to see not only the decrease in effort in track design for these last few years but also the overall decline in freestyle itself, it’s become stale and the fans aren’t much better the fans don’t get hyped anymore and the shows are getting more and more empty, the world finals show be packed like the Super Bowl not empty like it’s still 2020
@miketrapper0464Күн бұрын
That’s a straight up lie, track design is actually way better than you give it credit for, the events are way more competitive and more fans are coming, they’re not getting emptier

The Glory Days Of Monster Jam And The Rest Of The Monster Truck Industry Need To Make A Comeback Where FELD Trucks Can Compete More Often At Independent Shows And More Independents Can Compete More Often In Monster Jam. Plus All The Old School Tracks With Random Obstacles For Freestyle And Crushed Cars Being Added To The Race Lanes All Need To Come Back. Those Were The Good 4:28 Old Days When The Fans Were Getting Hyped And Going Crazy And There Were No Empty Seats At All. And We Didn’t Have Everyone In The Crowd Voting And Deciding On The Winner Like We See In Freestyle These Days. I Rather Pick 6 Or 7 People From The Crowd Holding The Posters Up In The Air Scoring The Points The Way Monster Jam Freestyle Used To Be. All Of That Needs To Make A Comeback.

@@therealbro753 you can blame the empty seats on the prices of the stadiums, even then this years world finals was entirely packed, and the commentary is good, sure not the same without Scott Douglass but that doesn’t mean it’s bad, times have changed and you have to get used to it
