Wow, Randall got into Hogwarts? My guess is he was sorted into Ravenclaw. Because Ravenclaw’s are the brilliant students (the super smart ones) and the first movie shows that he is pretty smart I mean, he was able to build a machine made the extract screams. I googled up how many 80’s School Life Movies revolved around Colleges/Universities🏫, and I’m pretty sure most of them revolved around High Schools in the 1980’s than Colleges/Universities in the 1980’s. I’ve watched the Pixar’s Monsters prequel: Monsters University, as well as a couple of 80’s School Life Films like the Back to the Future Trilogy⏰🚗🏫, the original Karate Kid Trilogy🥋🏫, Ferris Buller🇬🇧🛏, and Teen Wolf🐺🏫 etc that turned out to focus mostly on Protagonists in high schools than colleges/universities, and there are no traces to prove that the 1980’s had a lot of College centered movies for Monsters University to rip-off, or shall we say: Parody off of back then whatsoever, so in honesty, Monsters University was just parodying 80’s High School flicks than what little college centered movies existed in the 1980’s back then, although in hindsight, if the writers of the Monsters Inc. Prequel had started off this Mike and Sully origin story as a Monsters High School story than a self proclaimed Monsters University that it ended up being in the first place anyway, than a Monsters High School story would’ve made a much more convincing ripoff of 80’s high school movies irl, obviously lol🤣.
