Syrax is my fav dragon, not just based on looks but because even tho she is not the size of vhagar or carafes for that matter she large and formidable enough to be considered a threat and faster than most dragons we see

@@romanoffsson what? Dreamfyre (Helaena's dragon) is the reason they exist. One of the lower writers for s2 tried to change it to syrax but backed off after huge backlash. Also syrax is indeed the most useless dragon in the entire war. The fact she was lazy and didnt even hunt herself is enough proof and what she did during storming of the dragonpit is ridiculous

Funny you all yelled here on Syrax being the useless dragon "in the book", meanwhile, in the show, she's one of the most important dragons of the Blacks, and the real most useless one is Dreamfyre.

Dreamfyre’s not useless. Her rider Helaena just doesn’t ride or use her dragon to battle, after her son was killed she wasn’t capable of riding Dreamfyre anymore because of the trauma. Plus she barely only has one scene and I don’t think she’s gonna make an appearance in season 3 either.

@@romanoffsson I do understand that but 1) Aegon should be main character as well, 2) just because rhaenyra is for some reason the only main character doesnt mean syrax should have this much time as well, especially when cgi is expensive asf. Half of those scenes could've been removed and no one would say a word (same as rhaenyra's screen time overall compared to literally everybody else but thats another case)
