Grandpappy werewolf. So with him and grandma that mean they'd have a half werewolf child who then had us making us a quarter werewolf. Which means that while grandpa was alive he may have unintentionally given us the answers to the code words in anticipation of us being like him. Meaning that while we may not have known it we were raised to be so far undercover with monsters that we wouldn't even know we were undercover. It also leaves plenty of room for us to be late bloomers and grow into our fur coats with our new vixen (haha) of a girlfriend. So while I'm sure I'm far from asking for this to become something of a series I think it would be cool for us to at least partially be able to move into the extranatural crowd for her sake. And so that we don't accidentally end up on the menu. Also the return of the sweetness pet name!

Actually, maybe lycanthropism is a possible recessive gene which can be activated through strong stimuli. If we were breathing hard like we were about to pass out we surely had a lot of adrenaline pumping through our blood. Meaning, that going to the party may have activated the gene and made it so we might start to exhibit some extranatural traits.

Yeah, she treats it as a normal thing, and the 'hunting grounds' remark makes me think she's not being entirely honest about not eating people herself. Even if she doesn't, she still doesn't seem to have a problem that her friends do eat people.

Nymph, I have no clue how you do it, but I just adore all the worlds you create. I really hope we get to hear more about this one as well, especially since it suggests that the listener isn't entirely human themselves, being at bare minimum ¼ werewolf. Maybe they are an extra-natural but haven't found out yet? And their family has just taught them how to blend in waiting for them to realize it, it just didn't develop because the conditions to find his extra-natural trait hasn't been fulfilled yet. Or did they just get little things like an unfortunate chocolate allergy and a weird sleep schedule in tune with the moon phases?
