Haven't laughed so hard in ages. How Rob managed to survive the cliff tumble is anyone's guess - the technique of remaining as rigid as possible goes against common stunt wisdom but clearly works - except for the bit where he lost his head (kids please don't try that at home - there're no cliffs at home).
