One Correction has to be made in this video. People in Jallianwala Bagh did not gathered for any peaceful protests, They were nearby villagers who had just gathered to celebrate Baisakhi festival unaware of the Martial Law that has been imposed by the govt.

Plz correct if I am wrong, Montague chemsford reform became effective in December 1919 , and rowlatt act was effective from march 1919 ,but roman sir has said that rowlatt act came after montform reform. This was a question in Upsc too, that which event happened first. So plz help
