Gotta love it. This is one of my dream jobs to work on a cattle ranch in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado. Up in the mountains tending the livestock on horseback in a snow blizzard. Now that would be fun. Tucson, Arizona.

Fuck that! You're outta your mind, kid. The gophers are tough around MT. The wind will kick your ass. You couldn't be the bunyan on the old man's pinky toe.

I’m from New Orleans and I grew up as a kid in the 1950s and I didn’t have any exposure to horses and such but I wanted to be a cowboy so bad I could taste it. I read books about ranching, cattle drives and the west. I am 72 years old now and not able to ride so watching videos like this is my pleasure.🐎

I was blessed to experience such a cattle drive in Winter Park, CO when I was 16 (over four decades ago) on a working ranch in Colorado. We woke before dawn, ate breakfast, then rode until noon when we stopped for lunch, after which we got back in the saddle. My horse was green, having just been broke to the saddle that spring. He was feisty in the morning, but completely exhausted (as was I) by 4:00 p.m., when the drive finally ended. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Hey this is pretty cool! As a Montanan having worked the ranch life in the central part of the state, it's always good to see how things are done in other places!

There was a movie made on this. City Slickers. Pushing cattle for the very first time. 😂Their groin and thigh muscles were killing them. No doubt. There is NO DENYING it, either.

Man working on a Guest Ranch would be so stressful a bunch of people that don’t know what they’re doing in rugged country and unpredictable animals a know they probably give him extremely broke horses but still anything can happen.

Looks like a lot of hard work...not the cattle, the people. People suck and having to deal with people would make the job miserable. Most cattle are smarter than people.

Sometimes, but just barely enough to make a 5 second spotty call or send a txt. But you gotta be up on a flat or near town.

@@TodaysWildWest a cattle drive very similar to this one of Montana, and also with cowgirls, but in Spain, although taking the cattle along an ancient Roman road about 2000 years old ( good music and landscapes and arqueological ruins ) :kzbin.info/www/bejne/fHKnZX2siKl5nas and kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3OwXqNmqrOroZI
