Your videos have been so helpful as a glimpse into the Montana lifestyle. In 3 months, my contract in the Marine Corps will be complete and I along with my wife and son will be moving to Kalispell. I'm more nervous than I have ever been in my life, but have been planning this for over a year. I try to see past all of the negative remarks and hardships that I hear out of Montana (while also taking them with a grain of salt). Hopefully, hard work and ambition still pay off!

Way out here in Sacramento, CA but love your Montana videos! Kids make the Christmas season. I always put up the tree right after Thanksgiving day and then they decorate it at their leisure. Because time is not a concern It usually takes a couple of days! 😂

Yeah, kids definitely add an element of magic to the season. Oooh, that's a great way to extend the fun of decorating. We've never tried that.

Downtown East Kalispell has some great ones, Silverbrook, Glacier Ranch, Stillwater Estates, The one off of the bypass and 3 mile, I can't remember the name. Enjoy!!! :) Oh, there are also some homes that went all out out near Creston on 35 but you only get one every so often. They did a really nice job though.

We just got our tree here in South Florida in shorts and flip flops. It doesn't seem right. We are planning on moving to the Bitterroot Valley next summer good lord willing.

Haha, we lived in Florida one year. It was so weird. It was kind of nice to walk the neighborhood looking at Christmas lights with our girls in bare feet though. ;p And, Disney does an amazing job with the Christmas light displays! Soooooo, while not my preference, FL has something to offer. ;p Have you started looking at properties yet?

@@RadiantRealtyMT Yes and no we were there in August and looked at some but things are selling so fast as soon as you find one its gone. Hoping the early snow and record cold helps curve demand. Love you videos. We actually visited Norms soda fountain because of your video reviews.

Fun video! we have amazing christmas tree cutting in our area with several species of absolutely perfect trees doug fir sub alpine fir engelmann spruce lodgepole and juniper, and this year in the national forests in our area the permits are free for as many trees as you want in the custer gallatin national forest! MY favorite species by far is the sub alpine fir. perfect symmetry strong branches well spaced for real candles on the tree and a beautiful fragrance! I actually have a long standing business handcrafting truly unique wreaths, I weave my frame out of willow and incorporate a tapestry of natural materials,which I ship all around the country the smithsonian , colonial williamsburg henry ford museum buy from me, and in a normal year Iam juried into fine craft shows around the west... and I have a commercial bough gathering permit from the Forest Service and BLM( i actually wrote the permit back in the 90s and had it approved in Washington.

Wow, that's incredible. I love the smell. One of the best fragrances in the world :) Your wreaths must be absolutely beautiful! The Smithsonian and colonial Williamsburg? Those are some big names and I can't even imagine how many they need to decorate the Smithsonian, haha. Sounds like a great $ maker if you have the permit for gathering.

@@RadiantRealtyMT oh the Smithsonian just buys them for the cooper hewitt design museum in NYC and the castle in Washington....just the victorians...so not every building. yes its a great self created job...that Ive been doing for a long time. although a terrible year this year with all events shut down around the country....pesky lil virus grrr unleashed totally unforeseen economic mayhem...
