Thanks for catching the warm/cool tone difference in those lines. I have been using Montana 94 for years and couldn't figure out what was going on there. Great video.

Yeah I had to share this tip as I have noticed it in so many peoples artworks including my own. Hopefully one day one of the paint manufacturers will make a nice neutral set of greys that work together perfectly.

Great video! Thanks for pointing out the time differences! Question - if you’re painting with these on canvas what kind of clear coat would you recommend? I just did my first project on canvas thanks to your videos and I would like to preserve it for as long as possible (it’s not perfect but it’s my first!)

Fantastic! Glad to hear you enjoyed the video. The best thing you can use to protect your artwork is use a varnish. Mtn make some good ones which I plan to test in some upcoming videos.

Yeah I agree if you know the back story then its a hard product to get behind. Just a shame they started out the wrong way because it is pretty nice paint.
