+Sherita Jackson Montana Granit Effect Spray will adhere to a laminate countertop, but it’s best to prepare the surface a little to promote adhesion. Lightly sanding the surface to take down the sheen on the countertop would be ideal, or using Montana’s Universal Priming Spray will help the longevity of the paint. As stated in the video, Montana Varnish Spray would be an ideal top coat to seal the paint at the end.

if i use it on glass, do i have to sand the glas before?

The manufacturer does list glass as a compatible substrate and does not specify sanding, however a grained surface does provide more surface area and generally enhances adhesion. Sandpaper or a paste that creates a frosted appearance could be used prior to application.
