Man I remeber this day. I was home alone and was washing my hands till I heard a noise that was quiet so I checked outside and heard sirens but our siren didn't go off (AKA NWCD's system didn't go yet) so I waited in the backyard until it went off. I calculated on my apple watch 3 mins which is like you said, rare thing for NWCD

That looks like a search light and also I believe you hear a 9/12 port siren and other P-50 and a siren I don't know in the ambience

It's bensenville's sirens. They consist of a cyclone and a few T-128's.

That 9/12 port siren you hear is an ACA Banshee 115. The 8/12 port sirens are Cyclones, not P-50s.
