This is a shout out to all the health care workers and EMS that haven’t given up! God Bless you! It’s been a lot of life testing for all of us human beings. Just know you aren’t alone. It’s just a journey to to expand and grow from within! So sad to see someone take their life when others are praying for another breath to live. It’s as if they forgot that we are here for a reason. Natalie merchant you are a wonderful mentor, I truly appreciate you, and how aware you are of those whose life’s are broken. This storm of confusion is temporary,. Play some music, and remember that we are love, and we are surrounded by love, above us, below us, around us, to us and through us. Remember love is harmony, even in discord.

Just saw this concert youtube for the first time October 30, 2021. I did not know Natalie Merchant was the author of the song the commercial uses. I still bawl my eyes out seeing that commercial. I'm a nurse but teaching nursing in Kazakhstan and have had to watch Covid in NY from an international distance. If I could have left KZ to come to NYC to help when the call for help was put out, I would have been there in a New York minute! Yes, thank-you nurses and all healthcare workers for continuing to get us through this pandemic!

No we don’t really owe them anything as they did their job they were paid for and they are paid much better then other professions. The COVID virus has a very low death rate and very close to the flu. This was know almost from the beginning as the doctors in LA published their work which ofc was censored by big tech and media. There are people who give their lives to helping people and they make a small small fraction of what some of these health care worker make. There are jobs were people have a much higher chance of death then healthcare workers. Why are people in this world such sheep?

Why are these idiots donating to health care workers???? Health care workers kept their job and in a lot of cases made more money. Other people in other professionals had their businesses or places they work forcefully shit down by the government and lost every!!! Second I haven’t heard any states that healthcare workers died in any significant % more then other professions....if it’s out there hasn’t been all over media.....seriously why are left so misguided in literally EVERYTHING!

I am not sure why this came up on my KZbin list of songs not realising that there was any songs from Natalie. But then I came across the song at 43.30, Life Is Sweet. I had never heard it before. What a truly amazing song. I too bought Tigerlily nearly 30 years ago. You have a truly amazing voice and are a wonderful performer. I hope to hear you live one day. Perhaps one day if you ventured to Australia. Thank you so much for your truly amazing music, songs, and lyrics. But even more, you sung with heartfelt emotion, like you are singing to both everyone in the room, as well as to all who is fortunate enough to listen to your songs. I loved the backing musicians performance as well. They helped to elevate it. Thank you very much.

That was a beautiful and very moving tribute show... Thanks to those who contributed and performed, I especially loved Natalie Merchant's really poignant and impactful songs. She has a way of wrapping both joy and pain in songs that hit straight to the heart! It can only be due to ignorance and lack of awareness, as Natalie Merchant keeps a relatively low profile. If the masses are missing out, it is a shame, but so be it. So many people don't search and just accept the music they already know or are exposed to by mainstream media. She has been up at the top of my list for more than 30 years.
