The Montego Bay Bypass should be completed by the end of this year and the overall Montego Bay Perimeter Road which includes the long hill bypass should be by 2028.

From what I've deducted the Mobay section of the Perimeter bypass will be done this year but the entire Project (Longhill bypass, improving Barnett st etc. & city drainage) will be completed in 2028..
