I think in order to avoid further road construction complications we need to develop long term planning to accommodate future infrastructure expansions.

Don't you forget the CHEC is working from a Blueprint that was created by the previous government? Both government hands is in this 😊

If PJ Patterson administration didn't contracted Stanley Consultant from the United States to do a feasibility study on the Montego Bay perimeter road and created a blueprint, Andrew Holness wouldn't have done it? Remember its take two hands to clap 😊

Remember all the roads project that Andrew Holness continues all started by the previous government. (Remember when PJ Patterson started highway 2000 , Edward Seaga was against the highway )😢

Some of the white top roads in the video are because the white dust from excavating the area
@cmartin59036 ай бұрын
Obviously those are marl stones as a natural composition of the ground which is being reused on the road. This would make
@cmartin59036 ай бұрын
It's the natural composition of the ground that is being excavated. ❤Should be cheaper to use and construct when some of the material is already there. ❤
