A COMPROMISE GOVERNMENT - Some of the compromise Government officials allow JM Contractors to FLEECE the JM tax payers over the years, so we lost confidence in our own contractors, so we got CHEC from China to do most of our infrastructure work, & they are on time/budget doing a GREAT JOB💯

Although the rugged terrain poses construction challenges this roadway is too narrow and will develop acute congestion (wen areas around the bypass urbanize/densify) with no easy/inexpensive relief solution....if there is an accident on this perimeter road at certain points away from the interchanges the roadway be impassible for hours due to narrowness...

That road is a toll road with no intersection or stop light so it's highly unlikely there would be any congestion.

@rohangregory2717 listen...one accident or disabled vehicle will cause congestion...so too will increased traffic volume when areas along the bypass urbanize/densify (given the exits to such communities as Cornwall Court's housing scheme and the Salt Spring/Flower Hill communities)... If you carefully study the drone footage long segments of this bypass will have steep drop offs along it's margins where there are NO soft shoulders...so if a car is disabled there will be no where to physically put/place/move the given disabled vehicle to the side off this roadway infrastructure...an example of a lack of forward planning which occurs even in wealthy first world countries that can more afford the high cost of correcting such myopic planning...

@lazylinu6364 but on this facility with limited exits/access so as to "trap traffic",...accidents caused congestion will be much more acute...especially given that there will be no effectively wide soft shoulders for wreckers/ambulances/police cars or firetrucks to use in order to access the accident scene so as to resolve and remove/remedy roadway vehicle obstruction....

@@garfieldwhittaker944you do realize it’s not a very long road, it’s just 14 km, so the need for too much interchange is not necessary, plus there’s adequate on and off ramps to exit and enter the highway
