@@infintiyexperience On almost all pages you will find to Podgorica name mean Below the little hill, izs partly true because Gorica realy mean little hill when you translate it but Gorica is litteraly name of little hill in city center so its mean Under or Below Gorica. When you come here (on Balkan, ex Yu) you must learn to we dont read letter C like you. Its more like cz з. If you dont see it already those place you need to visit: Duklja (3-5 km from city center). Its best to come here with car, bicycle etc. Duklja, or Doclea are probably oldest town/building (ostaci, parts) left here from Roman empire. Few km from there on river Morača are parts of old aquaduct, romans made for drinkable water. They make canal long more than 10km under land for that water, it come from river Cijevna. Next cool location are fortress in Tološi. Dont know how to tell you where to find it. Find Tološi on map and then find hill near big straight road, on top of the hill you will find fortress. There is cementery near. Next location, Barutana, there are old monument for fallen fighters in balkan wars, and world wars. From that position you can see Skadarsko jezero and at far end town/fortress Zabljak Crnojevića. Near Duklja we have one more Monument, for fallen fighters from ... I forgot how they called now 😁, its on top of hill, you can see Podgorica from it and Duklja below. On hill Gorica in Gorica Park we have beautifull monent to partisan fighters. Near it you can make fun in adventure park, 15km from Podgorica in place called Medun is one more antic town/fortress, on top of hill on mountain :) its also called Medun, and on that place was burried our famous writer Marko Miljanov. You can find his statue in city center near city hall. This town/fortress you can see from Barutana, called Zabljak Crnojevica is about 20-30km from city. At summer its just town on top of the hill but in winter is island with fortress. I will type you more locations if I found it (ako se sjetim)
