She dropped it in knee high water at high tide the previous night so I figured I’d give it a try. I wish I could hunt in the water here more, it’s just too cold and/or too much wave action.

definitely not a dig on you, I'm in Rhode Island and can't get in the water too much either because of wave action. Hope you're having better luck than me, finally broke my nox 600 so I'm done until I get another detector.
