This one we can appreciate. The view if fantastic but I do have a question. That open green space in front of the houses built and being built, are there guarantees that there would be no development to obstruct the view? We live in a beach community here in Southern California and there are very strict rules on building heights and places where you can build to preserve certain property views. After all, the view is one of the main selling point for us.

I appreciate the design and construction. I know there are studies and such before building this properties. But it aways bothers me that seeing the mountains and such beautiful “natural scenery” being destroyed for human commodity as a want but not a need basis… Luxurious but deadly as it may seem… pera pera lang talaga…. Paid, legal, studied and “with concern to nature” but in the end kalbo ang bundok. Bye trees. Hello $$$

ill be honest: the whole project looks way overhyped and overpriced to me ... :D the finish are poor, but i understand constraints with suppliers in Cebu, its no easy to get quality wiring, metals, or even someoen who can install those ... so kudos for that cabinet and installing british plugs ... even getting to the site from Guadelupe road is hard af in traffic
