Excellent. You boys had a great day out. Good to see at your age.. I'm nearly 60 and still doing a bit. Great fun and a cheap sport. Tbe 4 ride did very well.

Beta alpha 200 is a great little bike for the trickier stuff a lot of guys use them for long distance trail events low seat not so aggressive as those enduro Bikes still very capable tho 👍

Is this a capable green laner? Recently dipped my tones into green laning with a Fantic Casa 250. It was cheap and a great bike but the seat height makes technical stuff difficult and it's not particularly light. My main concerns with the Montesa is road speed and the smaller suspension travel.

Hi Clive montesa fuel range about 50 miles also carry a one litre fuel bottle just in case . Never had any trouble in U.K. never that far from fuel ⛽️ Out of the two montesa is more capable 260 engine is a peach .road manners std gearing about 45 mph is about tops will do fifty ish sounding busy Did alter gearing when first had bike 38 t on rear 41 std ,does over 50 mph trials tyres don’t like going that fast 😬 and don’t last long at those speeds on tarmac So went back to std gearing 45 seems about right on the roads

@@clivereade9978 I change oil every 500 miles ish it has an internal oil filter inside left casing 🤔 so don’t do it every time As for the alp I’m not sure my mates s never see,s a drop of oil 🤣

Paid a deposit and now the balance for a new 4ride from Inch Perfect Trials. Getting it in the next week or so. Hope ive picked the right bike for green laning. Thanks for a great video.

Hi. Is the 4Ride reliable? I am more an Enduro Rider. Have an EXC350. But as a second Bike I would like to have a lightweight bike that i also can take for daily rides to work or friends. Do you think the 4Ride could handle that?

Definitely reliable Honda 👌, road manners are ok 50 mph starts to sound busy that’s with standard gearing Trials tyres don’t like going to fast on road so wouldn’t want to go any faster 😬 Few mile commute would be ok , off road this bike is amazing but not with me on it 😃hope this helps 👍

Parts availability is good in the uk from Montesa trials dealers. It shares lots of parts with the Montesa 4rt
