I love the plan toy doll house as well! Unfortunately the pieces are too small for the ages I teach. Sometimes I wish they would make similar items with choking hazards in mind

Yes! It’s very different when dealing with other people’s kids for sure! Iris took some training to not put the pieces in her mouth but I could watch her very closely as I didn’t have others to watch but my friends would ask me to hide them during play dates for their similar aged kids. You could always just purchase the basic furniture without all the small bits. The brand, Hape also has some lovely pieces too! To be honest, I’d be inclined to hide small or delicate pieces anyway to avoid all the bits going missing if in a classroom or childminding.
