I remember having the game's demo as a kid -- don't remember from where, though 😂 (I think it was included in the disk of another game). While I had no problem with the level, the boss fight always got me; the atmosphere & lighting in the room was quite intense, it made me unable to complete the level. Will you show the rest of the levels?

I have thought about this game many times but never remembered the name. Today I was watching Sinvicta play Isaac and there was item called Montezuma's revenge which I googled and saw one pic of the iconic temple at the start. Oh boy what a blast from the past when I was just little wee 9yo boy and we played this at my friends place many times. At that time the whole game had this mystic feeling and the fact that I didn't play it at home just strengthened the feeling. Thank you man for uploading this video. Every gaming video about old games is a service to world.

I remember playing a demo for this and how scary I found it. Looking at it now... Yeah graphics haven't aged well. Music and sounds though... They still give that sense of desolation.

I remember playing this demo as a kid. Took me ages to ask an AI the name of the game XD I only remember the enemies having tiki masks, it reminded me of indiana jones and you could collect bananas. The sound in the video dosen't really match from what I have in my memory, but it's amazing to watch nontheless

This game is still great today! I'm surprised that nobody talk about it. And not so much back then too, at least in France. Besides, it have a real "Montezuma's revenge" feel!
