MONTH 1 W/ BRACES (Pain level, weekly scans and adjustments, and progress thus far..)

Just found and subscribed to your channel. Older adult with metal braces, top and bottom, 10 months into treatment. Also having a space closed like Dalton, but in my upper jaw. Also, having my lower teeth straightened and some bite issues fixed that developed over the past several decades. Very happy with my choice to go with metal. Quite visible when speaking and very surprised that almost nobody comments or asks about my braces upon meeting them. Certainly not the conversation maker I anticipated.

Was told during my consultation, 20 months, but I think it will be more like 30. Making progress, but I see it as behind schedule for getting off in 20 months. Really not a big deal, as I am happy wearing the braces.
