Month 2 & 3: Sweet Potato Fish Tank | Guppy Fry SPOTTED!

Amazing how the presence of a fish will make a tank explode with new growth. I had a Bamboo cube with a Bamboo that Didnt die-but didn't grow. I added one fish and within a week it grew new leaves. The plants feed off of fish waste and use it as natural fertilizer.

I’ve got the same bulb plant, for some reason mine only has 4 leaves, and the color is a full green... so jealous of yours 😔

Hi! How are your water parameters? I really noticed optimal growth in this tank due to the amount of light it gets and amount of nitrates and ammonia it has to absorb. I also use a potassium based plant fert. Thanks for watching! :)

Hello! This can be challenging sometimes because it really has to do with tank size, plants in the tank, fish personality and how well we’d the fish are. Try throwing in some really bushy plants and you’ll see they offer amazing hiding spots. Feed your adults at-least twice a day as well so they are not tempted to eat the fry!
