Thanks for the video. I love the work-around using Remake. good idea! Question.. when you use Remake does Autodesk own part of the rights / copyrights for the data? Can you ever delete the history on Remake so the raw (or processed) data cannot "leak?" Thanks for your thoughts. -Juliana

Well, any time you are working with ANY cloud-based technology, you really have to trust that the security they say they put in place really holds true. I would image Remake is governed by the normal agreements that Autodesk uses for its cloud services, but again, you never truly truly know. If you want to be "more" certain, then the Pro version of Remake mentioned here: remake.autodesk.com/try-remake Allows for LOCAL photogrammetric computation on Windows machines...though you will need a buff computer to do that.

Nick Kloski Thanks - I am glad there is an option. It means you lose the convenience of cloud computing but it could be worth it for the privacy. Thanks for the quick reply. How can I get on your list for the next live demo? You are doing just what I want to learn! Thanks again, Juliana

Thanks! sign up for our free webinars here: education.honeypoint3d.com/p/monthly-3d-webinars ...and then in the first "lesson" there is a link to sign up for the next webinar. And as always, you can ask questions beforehand, and I will put up the webinar online for you to review afterwards at your convenience if you cannot attend in person. The next one is next week!
