Make the most of student discounts. A lot of restaurants and retail stores have lowered prices for students. I saved a lot of money doing this when I was in uni.

Plan ahead and walk/bicycle instead of public transport or car. It can save up a lot and also help you stay fit!

Great money saving tips but what guidance would you provide for those who don’t cook very often? 4:51 Can these expenses can be controlled significantly if you can’t cook?
@priyanka_saluja4 ай бұрын
Hi Aaryan, thanks for reaching out. i highly recommend to learn some easy meals. Its hard to save and control expenses if you can't cook. Cooking yourself can save up money as well as time spent in going out and buying, along with staying healthy. But it all depends on your goals, if you need to save up for your fee and rent and other living expenses, it is recommended to cook your own food, specially as a student. Once you start earning full-time, managing expenses gets a bit easier.

You didn't mentioned any taxes on students earnings

It could be a separate video. The pay you earn from your part-time jobs is after taxes.

How did you pay your fees please tell.
@priyanka_saluja4 ай бұрын
Hi Anjali, it can be a bit challenging, I paid mostly by working in the university as it was a high paying part time job but I will make a video on this sharing my top tips. IF you plan your budget well, work during holidays and save as much as possible, you can save up a lot of money.
