Asia I heard you mention that you're always cold. You might want to check your iron level. Also, if you're iron deficient it can cause the darkness under your eye. If you grow beets, you can juice beets, leafy green( kale or collards) and green apple. It'll help with your iron level without taking iron supplement.

Thank you! I get a physical every year and my iron always comes back normal. I asked my doctor about it but it’s normal. I’d love to figure it out because I stay cold. I’ll look into beer juice, I eat lots of leafy greens now but not many apples. Iron supplements haven’t ever done much for me. I really appreciate this comment 🤗!

I don't do well with extreme hot or cold weather. I can understand why you would try to delay going out. 😊 And if all you need is more storage on your computer, I have found some really great deals on thumb drives by SanDisk or Kingston. If you are not having any major issues with your computer, this may be all you need to make it possible to hold off on buying a new one for a while. AND: If you can find the list item among your Folders called "This Computer" or "This PC", you will be able to see how much space is available on your hard drive. If it is full, you will know that you are actually saving to the hard drive. ✅️

I Also wanted to add, quitting smoking is a process. Keep going you'll get there. I did it years 12 years ago, but I wasn't a heavy smoker so going cold turkey worked out. You can do it!👍🏾👍🏾

Nice video. I use Mary Kay ,have oily acne skin helps a lot, Using it for number years. It can be pricy but buy it when there is discount. As far as February smoking what count that try try and be persistent. I commend you keep going you will do well and it is process ( coming from Nurse) . Thanks for sharing
