Something has eaten most of my fall crops even though I've made attempts to protect them but, "it's fine" I'll be more pp proactive next year.🤗

I cut my lemon grass stalks to fit into snack sized ziplock bags and freeze them. I just pull them out as needed when I make soups, broths or tea.

Beets do not need a lot of nitrogen. I think too much will stunt their growth. .
