Also, for Rugby 24, expect to be disappointed lol. The last time a rugby game came out, it made a FIFA game look like a bargain. 😂My expectations are very low, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

The eligibility laws are legit even though it's also a double-edged sword for the domestic boys in NZ, yet I still think NZRU (with RA) should consider an Asia-Pacific comp between SR and League One just like the Champions Cup.

It's nuts to think that the team who just won the Super Bowl (though I consider it a majorly overrated event and a sport in general) has that much faith in a guy that's never even played the sport in his life. He's a rugby player! And it works so differently in many ways from American football. Can he make that kind of an adjustment in that space of time? We will see.

Kiwis playing elsewhere -- unless and until there is a global policy followed by all nations on who can play for a particular national side, it will be unfair somehow. Just follow the money. The more Rugby pays the players, the more they will chase the money and national allegiance and alignments will continue to disintegrate. Kiwis shoot themselves in the foot by not playing their own citizens who are playing for foreign sides to earn some money.
