Great video thank you for explaining why you clean each component and how that affects the cut. Went from great cuts to cruddy cuts back to great cuts thank you sooo much

I have a P3 I bought about a month ago here in Spain. I saw a demonstration at a store and bought it immediately. Got it home. Started working with it and have fallen slowly out of love with it. I'm setting a floor with 120x60 pieces, high quality ceramic. At least it's for me because my client wouldn't be happy at all. I've followed all the videos, I've had the company delegate come to my house and all (I must say he confirmed he's not an expert cutter) and his assumption is that I must learn to "feel" the machine.. The thing is neither he or I cut every piece without it breaking all over the place. He confirmed that it was properly set up and adjusted but I'm sick of breaking expensive ceramic tiles so I'm back to using a grinder at this point. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
