Yup. 11 bus to the top then nice slow walk down. The stairs are quite the workout going up. Respect to those that climb with winter gear.

Wow, Thanks! I live about 3,000 miles away, and just love your walks. I gather there will be quite a lot of new snow coming to Montreal this coming week, so I look forward to what you might share with us.

The park is a wonderful asset to Montrealers, and the view from the Observatory always attracts crowds of people. How the city has grown. There was just one skyscraper in 1968, Place Ville Marie, with its panoramic restaurant on top. Today, its one of many. Had to look twice to find it ! Great video as usual. Do they still have horse drawn sleighs in the park at Christmas? They used to be very picturesque. Snowmobiles, not quite the same !
@GermanKorb2 жыл бұрын
I don't think we have horses anymore. Maybe somebody could correct, but even in the Old Port the horses are gone.

Thanks for the well organized tour. However, your video has no bumpyness from your walking. How do you do that? Also what camera are you using?
@GermanKorb2 жыл бұрын
I use the gopro with a gimbal. But, the reason you don't see the bumpyness is because I'm in the open field. Had I walked along some building, you would see some motion.

Such a great tobagging hill, no danger and loads of fun (I'm 3rd on WN, check out and chuckle, promise!) Awesome as always, you're the original "Stairs' Master"!
