I have two younger brothers. the middle one was hired to hand solder the connections inside these beauties, and the youngest now has one in his pedalboard when we play in our band together. life is strange and beautiful.

Im a musician who get very overwhelmed because i have high functioning autism. A lot of your demos are really creative and soothing, and i really appreciate them. Quarantine and not being able go to work or gig have been hell. I really appreciate some peace.

Greenland Santiago It gives me something to focus on, so its not that bad. And in addition, my, “coworkers,” are typically a tight knit group of people who know me well. That helps a lot of times. What i have is a somewhat mild version, of what used to be called Aspergers. Its just enough to be a pain in the ass. But being out in a noisy, crowded venue(like in the crowd) tends to wear me out. A lot of times id just step outside where the smoke break crowd is if its getting too much and i’ve been polite to fans already. If im, “watching,” a band its a little different. If they’re not very good, they’re not friend’s of mine, and its crowed, i might dip early. Going out can wear me out, so i find myself asking if its worth it. When you’re diagnosed as an adult, like me, there’s not too much to be done besides counseling and managing it yourself.(at least, thats what i was told when i finally sought help) So i do a lot of working around it, and realizing i don’t think like everyone else. Typical straight jobs never worked for me( ive been fired for, “being weird”) but live music seems to work for me. I find it very fulfilling and i obsess over it. When i look for a day job anymore, i try to find similar traits. Thanks for asking man! A lot of people ask me that.

Dear whoever does these Knobs videos, They are truly amazing. One part indie film, one part guitar pedal demo. Like... really freaking awesome. Please make more content. I'm sure they must be a metric fuckton of work, but they are truly astounding. I wish all gear demos were of this ridiculously high quality. Love, Some dude in the KZbin comments section.

I found this video confusing :(. There's so many sounds going on I can't really figure out what's changing what. Also I'm trying to read all the stuff but it's going by so fast by the time I understand what that means in terms of playing and twisting the knobs they've moved on to another part. I usually like these, but this one in particular is confusing.
